Rights and obligations from the guest accommodation contract
Hotel business conditions (excerpt)
1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is provided or promised or, if a promise was no longer possible, provided.
2. The conclusion of the welcome contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, irrespective of the duration of the contract.
3. The innkeeper (hotelier) is obliged to compensate the guest for non-provision of the room.
4.a. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price for non-use of the contractual services, less the expenses saved by the innkeeper.
b. When reserving a hotel room different cancellation fees are applied, which can be checked as follows:
- Enter your travel data under the heading Book Online.
- Check availability.

Subsequently, the cancellation policy will be displayed before a booking is made.
5.a. The owner of the hotel is in good faith to re-allocate unused rooms as far as possible in order to avoid breakdowns.
b. Until the room is otherwise assigned, the guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with clause 4 for the duration of the contract.
